When will we refund a paid listing?
Paid listings are non-refundable except when we remove them. Chargebacks trigger automatic takedown pending resolution.

Non-refundable purchases
Once you have paid for a listing, that payment cannot be refunded under our terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Paid listings we reject or remove
If our team rejects your listing before it goes live, or removes it after publication, we refund the full amount to your original payment method automatically. You will also receive a credit note for your records.
If you paid in crypto, we will ask you for a payout address to process the refund.
Disputes and chargebacks
When you dispute or reverse a payment, all items bought with that order are taken down immediately while the dispute remains open. If the dispute settles in our favour, the listing can be restored. If it settles against us, the takedown stands.
Questions people ask
- What happens if you take down my paid listing?
- We refund the full payment automatically to your original payment method and send a credit note. For crypto payments, provide a payout address.
- Does disputing a payment affect my listing?
- Yes. Disputing or reversing a payment triggers automatic removal of everything bought with that order until the dispute closes.
- Can my listing come back after a chargeback dispute?
- Only if the dispute resolves in our favour. If it settles against us, the listing stays down.
