BuildFerry is an iOS beta distribution platform that simplifies testing by replacing the manual UDID collection process with automatic device registration and cloud-based re-signing. Developers upload an exported .ipa file and share a single link with testers, who install directly from Safari on their iPhone without needing TestFlight, an app account, or approval from Apple's review process.
The service handles certificate and profile management through your App Store Connect API key, registering each approved iPhone automatically with your Apple Developer account. Testers simply open the share link, allow a one-time profile installation, and tap Install—no Mac, Xcode, or cable required.
Plans range from free (one app, two stored builds) to Pro ($29 monthly for 20 apps and 30 stored builds per app). All plans respect Apple's 100-device-per-year limit and show exactly how many devices have been registered.

How much does BuildFerry cost?
There is a free plan for one app. Solo costs $12 per month and Pro costs $29 per month, with two months free when paying yearly. A paid Apple Developer membership from Apple is required separately.
How is BuildFerry different from TestFlight?
Testers install directly from a Safari link with no TestFlight app and no Beta App Review. It uses ad hoc distribution, so each iPhone counts toward your Apple device limit.
Do testers need an account or TestFlight?
No. Testers open the link in Safari on their iPhone, allow a one-time profile, and tap Install.
Is there a limit on iPhones?
Apple allows 100 iPhones per membership year on each account. BuildFerry shows how many you have used.
Where is my Apple key kept?
It is encrypted at rest. A signing container receives it only for your job and deletes it when the job ends.
