Overview
The CareerBoom AI homepage
CareerBoom AI is an AI-powered career platform that automates the job search and application process. Users create a profile and set their preferences, and the platform scans over 5 million new jobs monthly to find matches. The AI agent tailors resume and cover letter content for each application and applies automatically on the user's behalf, directing recruiter responses to a dedicated mailbox.
The platform includes tools for building professional resumes with AI suggestions, generating personalized cover letters, tracking applications and interviews in a dashboard, and applying directly from job boards via a browser extension. The AI-powered job matching is based on user skills and preferences, and each application is customized rather than sending the same resume everywhere.
Users stay in control by reviewing applications, pausing the agent, and adjusting what types of jobs it targets. The dedicated job mailbox keeps recruitment activity separate from personal email. CareerBoom offers free and paid tiers with different feature limits and monthly auto-apply quotas.

Buyer questions
Does the agent apply to jobs without my approval?
The agent applies on your behalf based on your preferences and target roles that you set. You can review applications, pause the agent at any time, and adjust the types of jobs it targets to only apply to roles that fit you.
Is each auto application tailored, or is it the same resume everywhere?
Each application is tailored. CareerBoom matches your profile to each role and adjusts your resume and answers to fit the position. This helps you pass ATS filters and stand out to recruiters, rather than sending the same generic resume everywhere.
What happens if I run out of auto applies before the month ends?
Once you reach your monthly auto apply quota, the agent pauses new auto applications until your plan renews. You can still use all manual tools included in your plan, and you can upgrade to a higher tier if you consistently need more volume.
Is my data secure and under my control?
Yes. CareerBoom is GDPR compliant and stores your profile, resume, and job search data securely. You stay in control of your account and can update your information or cancel your plan at any time.
