CDviz is an open-source observability platform built on CDEvents, the CD Foundation standard for software delivery. It connects to GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and 20+ other tools to collect and normalize software delivery events. The platform provides a centralized view across all repositories and CI/CD systems, eliminating manual checks across multiple dashboards.
The core features include production-ready Grafana dashboards for DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, time to restore, change failure rate), artifact timelines showing which versions are deployed where, pipeline and test run monitoring, and incident tracking. CDviz stores events in PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB, queryable with plain SQL, and supports event-driven automation through HTTP, NATS, or Kafka sinks.
Available in three options: Community (free, open-source, self-hosted), Cloud (managed service at €20/month), and Pro (self-hosted with professional support at €200/month). All components are licensed under Apache 2.0 with no vendor lock-in.
