Domainee is a custom domains API for SaaS that lets you add support for custom domains to your product without building the infrastructure yourself. Users can connect their own domain or purchase one in-app through your Stripe account. The platform handles SSL certificate issuance and renewal automatically via Let's Encrypt, monitors DNS health, sends webhooks on state changes, and routes traffic through a multi-region edge network. It includes both a REST API and a native MCP server so AI agents can manage domains in natural language.

Pricing model: Freemium
Free tier: 20 custom domains and 100 GB bandwidth per month, forever. Pay-as-you-go: $0.20/domain/month after 20 domains, with volume discounts down to $0.10/domain/month at 10,001+ domains. Bandwidth: 100 GB included per month, then $0.05/GB.

How fast can I integrate Domainee compared to building it myself?
Building the custom-domain stack in-house is a 2-4 month project. Domainee takes an afternoon and handles ACME automation, edge TLS termination, SNI routing, DNS health checks, and certificate renewal.
Do I need to set up Let's Encrypt or any registrar accounts?
No. Domainee handles ACME challenges, certificate issuance, renewals, and all registrar integration. You make one API call per customer hostname and the platform handles the rest.
Is Domainee white-label friendly?
Yes. Your customers see their own domain serving your app with your branding. Domainee never appears in the URL, SSL certificate, or customer-facing UI.
Will routing customer traffic through Domainee slow down their site?
No. The multi-region edge terminates TLS close to users with latency-based routing, and most requests achieve sub-50ms TTFB with static assets cached at the edge.
Can AI agents use Domainee to manage custom domains?
Yes. Domainee ships an MCP server with 15 tools that works with Claude Desktop, Cursor, Claude Code, or any MCP-compatible client for agents to list, create, verify, and debug domains in natural language.
