How does EcomSanity connect to my Amazon account?
Through Amazon's official SP-API OAuth flow in Seller Central. You authorize once, can revoke access at any time, and never share your password. Data syncs automatically every 6 hours.
Are automated review requests allowed by Amazon?
Yes. EcomSanity uses Amazon's own Request a Review mechanism through the official SP-API, and only sends requests for orders inside Amazon's eligibility window, so every request stays within Amazon's terms of service.
How much does EcomSanity cost?
There's a Free plan with the SP-API connection and order metrics dashboard, a Pro plan at $9.90/month that unlocks review solicitations, history, and marketplace-level filtering, and custom Enterprise pricing. No credit card is required for the Free plan.
