Companies get a branded careers page where candidates can apply without an account, and each application is automatically ranked by AI against the job description to show the best matches first. The platform includes a hiring pipeline with customizable stages, automatic emails to candidates, team collaboration features with comments and mentions, and integration with AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT for managing jobs and applicants through chat. All features are included in one plan with no per-seat fees.

How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature and 100 AI credits to try it on real applications. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What is an AI credit?
Ranking one application uses one credit. Your plan includes 1,000 credits every month, or 12,000 up front when you pay yearly. If you need more, packs start at 1,000 credits for $9, and they never expire.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly is $290 a year, 17% less than paying monthly, with 12,000 AI credits up front. It starts with the same 14-day free trial. If you're on monthly, you can switch to yearly anytime in Billing, and you pay for the year less the unused days of your current month.
How does the AI score an application?
It reads each resume and the answers to your questions, and compares them with the job you posted. Skills, experience, seniority fit, and qualifications are each scored, then combined into one match, so you can see why someone ranks where they do.
Can we use our own domain for the careers page?
Yes. Your careers page starts at yourcompany.emploist.com, and you can connect a domain like careers.yourcompany.com in a few steps, with HTTPS included.
