How do credits work?
One credit equals one email address. Users preview list context before unlocking and only consume credits for records with email addresses. Purchased credits do not expire while the account remains open.
Can I preview a list before paying?
Yes. Users can review matching institutions, departments, titles, and freshness information while contact fields remain masked before unlocking.
How are hard-bounce credit requests handled?
If an unlocked email address hard bounces due to an incorrect address, customers may request a credit review within 30 days of purchase with evidence such as a failed delivery screenshot.
Can I resell or republish the data?
No. Resale, republication, scraping, and redistribution of downloaded data are prohibited.
