Overview
Fairpage is an editor and CMS designed for websites built with coding agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. Designers can clone a site and ask their agent to implement a new design, with Fairpage handling hosting, forms, content management and an editor for site owners.
The platform allows both designers and site owners to make changes. Designers work through the command line with their coding agent, while site owners and clients can edit text directly or use AI to request changes. All edits respect the site's existing design, colours, fonts and spacing.
Fairpage includes built-in features like forms with integrations to Zapier, Make and other services, mailing list signup forms, analytics without cookie banners, payment processing through Stripe, and the ability to migrate sites from WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and other platforms. Sites can be handed over to clients, who then pay for their own plan while the designer stays on to maintain the site.

Pricing model: Paid
Lite: $29 a year for up to 3 pages from a template. Plus: $99 a year for agent-built sites with up to 1,000 pages. Plus+: $256 a year for sites with backend code. Additional AI changes: 800 more for $10.

Which coding agents does it work with?
Fairpage works with any agent that reads an AGENTS.md file, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, OpenCode and others. The fairpage clone command creates the file in the site's folder, and the agent looks up the rest with fairpage docs.
Do I need to write code?
No. On Plus, your agent writes the code. On Lite, you start from a template and change it in the editor by typing or asking the AI.
Can I hand a site to a client?
Yes. Build it on Plus, then invite your client as the owner. They pay for the plan and keep the site up to date. On Lite the design stays as you built it, and on Plus you stay on the site.
What happens to my site if I stop paying?
Your site stays up for 14 days with a reminder. Then editing locks and the site stays up for 30 more days. Nothing is deleted for a year.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new site is online free for 14 days from its first publish at its fairpage.app address. Then it needs Lite or Plus to stay online. Your own domain needs a plan from the start.
