One credit pays for one screenshot. A screenshot from a chosen country uses 2 credits, and clicking on the page before taking the screenshot adds 1 credit. Full page, phone or tablet, one element, dark mode and PDF all cost 1 credit.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Screenshots stop and you receive a clear message stating you are out of credits. Nothing is billed automatically. You can add a credit pack or start a plan to continue using the service.
Are failed screenshots charged?
No. If a page cannot be captured or the requested country cannot be confirmed, you are not charged. To prevent abuse, the number of failed screenshots per day is limited.
Can I cancel my plan and is there a commitment?
No commitment required. You can cancel at any time from your Billing settings and keep your remaining credits until the end of the period you paid for.
