Paperweight is a desktop application that helps you manage your digital footprint by analyzing your email inbox locally on your computer. It discovers old accounts you may have forgotten about by identifying sign-up confirmations, receipts, password resets, and security alerts. The app helps you bulk unsubscribe from active mailing lists and find personal data like phone numbers and addresses in your messages, then generates pre-filled deletion requests.
Built with privacy as a core principle, Paperweight runs 100% locally with no cloud servers or telemetry. The application is open source under the MIT license and works with Gmail, Outlook, Proton Mail via Proton Bridge, and standard IMAP email accounts across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
