Choose Personal if you are sending invoices from your own company. Choose Connect if your platform lets multiple users send their own invoices with their own Peppol identities. Connect unlocks automatically at a €250+ top-up with no application or approval needed.
What counts as a credit?
One credit is deducted for each document (invoice or credit note) successfully sent via a live API key to the Peppol network. Sandbox requests are always free.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits purchased today remain usable for as long as your account is active. Credits never expire.
Can I receive invoices with peppol.sh?
No. peppol.sh focuses on sending invoices, which is the typical SaaS use case. Receiving is typically done in an accounting system. For receiving, you are advised to apply to become a reseller at e-invoice.be/peppol-api.
Can I test without paying?
Yes. Use sandbox API keys (ps_test_…) to send test documents for free.
