A free Taglish handbook and starter toolkit for Filipino freelancers, with a hiring track for businesses
PinoyFreelance.PH is a free resource site written in Taglish that covers the practical side of freelancing in the Philippines, from BIR registration and finding clients to setting rates and receiving payments. It is aimed mainly at Filipino freelancers at any stage, with a separate section for local and international businesses that want to hire them. The offer is clear, the content is grounded in Philippine rules and payment options, and a reader can start immediately without an account or fee.
Key takeaways
- The site states that every guide, tool and resource is free, with no paywall, no hidden fees and no registration required.
- Six content hubs organise the material by task: getting started, finding clients, rates, payments, hiring Filipino freelancers and a Zinn Hub walkthrough.
- The free toolkit lists a rate calculator in PHP and USD plus contract, proposal and invoice templates.
- Content is framed around Philippine specifics such as BIR, SSS and PhilHealth rules, peso amounts and GCash and Maya.
- The site openly states its commercial connection to Zinn Hub, and the maker says the founder is a Zinn Hub Ambassador and freelancer there.
- The library is young and still growing, so readers should check how far the published guides go for their own situation.
