What is AEO and how does Probeli AI help with it?
AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) are the same work: getting your brand mentioned and cited when people ask AI assistants for advice. Unlike SEO which produces a page of links, AEO results in answers that mention a few brands. Probeli AI measures which questions mention your brand, which mention competitors, and which sources AI relies on, then shows what to fix.
How long does setup take and when will I see results?
Setup takes a few minutes with nothing to install. Enter your website URL and Probeli AI reads your homepage, finds competitors (usually 10-30 seconds) and writes buyer prompts you can edit. Your first AI answers arrive within 1-3 minutes, and you can leave the page while they're collected. Daily runs start about 24 hours later.
What is included in all pricing plans?
Every plan asks ChatGPT and Google AI Mode daily and includes Visibility, Avg. position, Avg. sentiment, Competitors, Prompts, Insights, a free AI-readiness audit, weekly reports and visibility drop alerts. Plans differ only in how many prompts you track (20 to 300), competitors, team members (2 to unlimited), and how long full answer text is kept (90 or 365 days).
Can I track multiple websites or brands?
Yes. Each website is its own workspace with its own brand, competitors, prompts and plan. You can add workspaces from the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Agencies can keep every client separate, and viewing all workspaces shows every client's latest AI check and what needs attention on one page.
Which AI engines does Probeli AI track?
Probeli AI currently tracks ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, both included in every plan. For Google, it tracks AI Mode (conversational answers in Google's AI Mode tab), not AI Overviews (summaries above regular results). Gemini and Perplexity tracking are coming next.
