Rilavek is a managed file transfer layer that connects legacy file inputs to modern cloud storage. It accepts files over FTP, SFTP, HTTP, and TUS protocols, then streams them directly into S3-compatible destinations without storing file content on Rilavek's servers. The platform handles protocol termination, SSL certificates, and scaling automatically, eliminating the need to manage SFTP servers or storage infrastructure.
The service routes files to multiple S3-compatible cloud providers including Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, MinIO, and others. It supports use cases ranging from managed SFTP gateways for partner exchange to camera-to-cloud delivery, AI file ingestion, and multi-cloud replication for backup and resilience.
Rilavek features zero-knowledge pass-through streaming where data flows directly from source to destination without disk persistence, identity-first access controls that isolate senders and permissions, and event-driven automation through webhooks. Resumable uploads survive network drops, and the platform provides detailed transfer logs and real-time webhook events.

No. Rilavek uses zero-knowledge direct streaming where files are processed in-memory and written directly to your configured S3 bucket. The service stores zero file content on its infrastructure.
Which cloud storage providers are supported?
Rilavek supports Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, DigitalOcean Spaces, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, MinIO, and any S3-compatible object storage provider.
How does bandwidth billing work?
Bandwidth counts the total data streamed through your Rilavek pipes per calendar month. If you exceed your plan's included bandwidth, you can easily upgrade or pay usage-based overage rates.
Do I need to manage servers or firewall ports?
No. Rilavek runs as a fully managed cloud bridge, so you never manage Linux patches, scale containers, or forward inbound ports. Your cameras, scripts, and devices only make standard outbound connections to Rilavek endpoints.
Can I use custom domains for FTP/SFTP endpoints?
Yes. On custom and pro setups, you can point your own domain or subdomains (such as sftp.yourcompany.com) to your Rilavek ingress endpoints.
