How do I manage my email and close my account?

Control which notices you get, update your sign-in address, or request full account removal and data deletion.

Updated

Your notification settings

Every notice message has an unsubscribe option for that category. You can also visit /account/notifications to pick which notices reach you and how regularly. Some messages cannot be turned off: receipts, refunds, payment issues, listing holds and security alerts are sent to you always.

Updating your sign-in address

To change the address you use to access your account, submit a request via /account/email and tell us the new address. We'll verify the change by sending confirmation emails to both your current and new addresses. Once complete, you'll receive a security notification.

Removing your account and data

To close your account, ask via /account/privacy or email launch@zinndigital.com. Use the address registered to your account. We'll send you confirmation of what gets deleted: your account login, your founder profile and all personal details on file.

Before you go, take your records with you: open /account/privacy and download the full archive of what we store about you.

Invoices and billing records stay in our systems for the period the law requires. For full details on how we store and use your personal data, see /privacy.
