Why is my listing held pending founder details?
Complete your founder profile to release your listing. Incomplete profiles block go-live until you fill required fields.

Setting up your founder details
Before any listing can activate, you must complete your profile at /account/founder. This ensures buyers see who is behind each product.
You need:
- A photograph and a single-line caption for it
- Your full name
- Your job title or role
- Your country
- A short biography (minimum 80 characters)
- At least one link to your own website or personal social profile (not company pages)
City and a founder story link are optional.
When a listing stalls
Your product listing can be drafted, submitted and charged for without a complete profile. However, it cannot go live or be scheduled until you finish your founder setup. The listing is not deleted—it holds automatically.
Once your profile is complete, the listing releases at once. If you paid for a week that has not yet started, that week is preserved. If the week has already passed, your listing goes live this week (with your paid placement intact) or enters the next free-queue week, and we notify you of the change.
Adding co-founders
Invite other founders via the Team section at /account/founder. Co-founders appear on your product listing only after they complete their own profiles.

- What blocks my product from going live?
- An incomplete founder profile at /account/founder. Complete all required fields—photo, name, title, country, biography (80 characters minimum) and one personal link—and your listing releases automatically.
- Will I lose my paid week if my profile is incomplete?
- No. If your paid week has not started, it is kept. If it has passed, your listing goes live this week as paid, or enters the next free queue week. We tell you which applies.
- How do co-founders appear on my listing?
- Invite them from Team at /account/founder. They show on your product once each co-founder completes their own profile.
