Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and the company will prorate any differences.
Is there a free trial available?
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can also use the Free plan indefinitely.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours to keep. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export all your projects and files before they are permanently deleted.
Do external collaborators count as paid users?
No, external collaborators can comment and view projects without counting toward your user limit. Only team members with full accounts count as paid users.
