Every listing is verified by confirming the original post exists and was written by someone at the company. The platform skips recruiter agencies and has a person review each role before publication. Listings include details about what the company builds, where it is located, and recent public funding information when available. Founders who submit roles directly are verified through company email domains or X account direct messages.

The site is free to browse, apply through, and for founders to post jobs. Job listings expire after 30 days unless the founder confirms they are still actively hiring. When applicants apply, their details are sent only to the founder of that company.

When you apply, your details are sent only to the founder of that company. The platform uses your email only to follow up on that application and does not sell or share it with anyone else. You can email support any time to have your data deleted.

Is there a cost to use DMtheFounder?
