Won't anonymous posting fill my board with spam?

Every submission is scored before publishing. Link stuffing, disposable email domains, duplicate text, and bursts from a single source count against submissions. Obvious spam is quarantined and never appears publicly. Borderline submissions are published but flagged, and one click restores any incorrectly caught items. Users never see a CAPTCHA.

Can I require people to sign in anyway?

Yes, it is a single switch in Branding settings on Pro and above. It is off by default because open feedback is the point of the product, but accounts can be required, and the setting can always be turned back off on any plan.

What's actually free?

The free plan includes one workspace, a public board, roadmap and changelog, unlimited posts and votes, and up to two team members. There is no cap on feedback volume and no time limit. Paid plans add attachments, contacting submitters, a verified owner badge, more seats, and more workspaces.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Feedback, roadmap, and changelog data belong to the user. There is a REST API to read all data out. Deleting an account removes the owned workspaces and contents with no lock-in.

How long does it take to launch a board?

After signing up, you name your workspace, pick a subdomain, and are on your board in about three minutes with no credit card required. The next step is sharing the link with users to receive feedback.
