FlatLyne monitors scheduled jobs and background tasks by checking for expected HTTP pings. When a cron job, database backup, Kubernetes CronJob, GitHub Actions workflow, systemd timer, queue worker or certificate renewal fails to ping within its expected schedule, FlatLyne sends immediate alerts to your team through email, Slack, PagerDuty or webhooks.
The service catches silent failures that traditional monitoring misses—jobs that stop running without generating errors. Each check gets its own URL that your task pings when it completes successfully, with optional grace periods and support for capturing exit codes and log output.
FlatLyne handles credentials securely, storing ping URLs encrypted at rest and API keys as SHA-256 hashes. Pro and Business plans allow rotating and revoking credentials without breaking deployments.

Buyer questions
What counts as a check?
One scheduled job you monitor. It has a name, a schedule (a cron expression or an interval) and its own ping URL.
What if a ping URL leaks on Free?
Revoking and regenerating ping URLs is a Pro and Business feature. On Pro, regenerate the URL from the check's page and the old one stops working immediately, or use a ping key. On Free, upgrade or delete the check and create it again, which loses its ping history.
What does early price mean?
Pro costs $12 a month for anyone who subscribes now. You keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed. New customers will later pay $15 a month.
Can I get WhatsApp or phone-call alerts?
Yes, on Pro. WhatsApp is capped at 50 alerts a month and phone calls at 20, per account, with no overage charges. Once a cap is used, further alerts are skipped.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the billing page in the dashboard and choose Manage subscription. When the subscription ends, your account goes back to Free and the checks you own are paused. Nothing is deleted.
