If you exceed your limit, the account admin will be notified but forms and workflows continue to operate normally. If you consistently exceed your tier, the team will work with you to upgrade to a more cost-effective plan.
Which deployment option is recommended for HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance?
For organizations with strict regulatory requirements like HIPAA and SOC 2, formsflow.ai recommends Private Cloud or Self-Hosted deployments. Private Cloud provides physically isolated infrastructure managed by their team, while Self-Hosted allows running completely behind your own firewall.
Can you start on SaaS and migrate to Self-Hosted later?
Yes, formsflow.ai uses the same core architecture across all deployments, allowing you to export form definitions, BPMN workflow models, and data from the Public Cloud and import them into Self-Hosted or Private Cloud instances.
