No, Heptabase does not use user content to train AI models, and their agreements with AI providers prohibit them from training their models on user content.
What refund policy does Heptabase offer?
If you contact support within 14 days after any subscription charge, including the first charge after a free trial and any renewal, Heptabase will refund that charge. AI credits used after the charge are deducted from the refund, priced at on-demand rates.
