InfoLobby is a business software platform that lets teams build custom internal applications without managing servers. It provides tables, forms, and automations built on a managed MySQL database, with a visual builder for most tasks and PHPScript, REST API, and webhooks when point-and-click configuration reaches its limits.

The platform supports unlimited users on all plans with flat monthly pricing. Teams can import existing spreadsheets, use App Market templates, or build from scratch. Features include grid, kanban, calendar and gallery views, electronic signatures, role-based permissions, file storage, and built-in AI assistance.

InfoLobby includes human support on every plan with responses within one business day. Data can be exported anytime through the REST API or SQL dumps. The company is built by Globi Web Solutions, the Canadian team behind GlobiFlow, which Citrix acquired in 2017.

Do I need to write code?

No. Most of InfoLobby is point and click, and code is optional. Plenty of workspaces never contain a line of script.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, anytime. Everything is reachable through the REST API, and you can download SQL dumps of your database whenever you like.

Do you charge per user?

No. Plans are flat monthly with unlimited users, so adding the team, contractors and read-only viewers doesn't change the bill.

What happens when I hit a limit?

You can go beyond it. PHPScript handles logic the visual builder can't express, flows can call any REST API, and the public API reaches your data from outside.

Can I use my own database?

Yes. You can connect your own MySQL server or S3 storage if you want to, though most people use the managed database.
