Buyer questions
Does Supabase free plan have backups?
No. Supabase only keeps backups for paid plans: 7 days for Pro, 14 for Team, and up to 30 for Enterprise. Free projects get no backups at all.
Does Reeve work on the Supabase free plan?
Yes. Reeve backups run from outside the Supabase project using a read-only key, so it works on any plan. The backups are stored on Reeve's own storage, not in the Supabase project.
Can I get back data deleted by an AI agent?
Only from a backup taken before the deletion. If no copy exists of deleted data, it cannot be recovered. Reeve creates a restore point from before actions ran, and also takes a safety copy before every restore.
Does a Reeve backup include my users and their data?
Yes. Reeve's backup includes the entire database with all rows and the auth schema where users live, plus all user-uploaded files. This is different from a plain database dump which typically excludes user data.
What happens to backups if my Supabase project is deleted?
Reeve backups survive project deletion because they are stored off-platform. Supabase's own backups are deleted with the project and cannot be recovered.
