Shedi is a Mac cleaner designed for developers. It scans your Mac to find space used by developer tools and their artifacts—Xcode builds and simulators, Docker images, node_modules folders, and package caches—explains what each item is and whether it will return when needed, and lets you choose what to move to the Trash. Everything goes to Trash first, so you can restore items if needed.
The app categorizes items as Safe, Check first, or Your files, with only Safe items pre-selected. Shedi runs natively on macOS 15 or later on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs. It performs scanning locally without sending file names or paths outside your Mac, and you can disable anonymous usage counts. You pay once per Mac—for 1, 2, or 3 Macs—with no subscription and free updates for life.

Is it safe?
Nothing is removed until you press Clean and you see the full list first. Files go to the Trash so you can restore them. Shedi does not touch system files or anything outside your home folder except through Docker's and Xcode's own tools. It skips files of apps that are still open and does not follow symbolic links.
What exactly does it remove?
Only what you select. Each item is marked Safe, Check first or Your files, and only Safe items are pre-selected. Items that cannot go to Trash, like Docker images or broken simulator runtimes, are cleaned with the tool's own command and Shedi names each one before it runs.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days for any reason. Write to support@shedi.app.
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac with macOS 15 or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel. A license works on 1, 2 or 3 Macs depending on which plan you choose.
Does it make my Mac faster?
Not by itself. Shedi gives back disk space. A Mac that is nearly full can slow down when macOS runs out of room to work, so space helps then, but no cleaner speeds up a Mac that has room to spare.
