The ShipPress homepage

ShipPress is desktop software that lets you build websites by chatting with AI. Describe your site or pick from 216 hand-made WordPress block themes, then chat to make changes. The AI shows you a live preview as it works, and you can restore to any earlier version. When ready, publish to your own domain on ordinary hosting like Hostinger or Pressable, over SSH to any host, or to ShipPress hosting. Everything stays on your computer until you go live.

The app is free to download for Mac. Use your own AI account (Claude Code, Grok Build, Cursor CLI and others) at no extra cost, or buy ShipPress AI credits to build without setting up an external account. Every site is a real WordPress installation with a full admin, WooCommerce for shops, and room for plugins. You own the site and can move it whenever you like.
