The Pro plan includes unlimited forms, unlimited responses, unlimited AI generation, and features like multi-page forms, webhooks, REST API, payment collection, and CSV/Excel/JSON export.

What happens if I exceed Free plan limits?

You'll get a notification and can upgrade to Pro to keep collecting. Your existing data stays safe and nothing is deleted.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts. You can cancel and drop to Free at the end of your billing period while keeping all your data.

What counts as a response?

A completed submission counts as a response. Partial responses don't count. Pro has no response caps for typical usage.

Are there really no limits on Pro?

Most teams will never hit a boundary. If you're operating at very high scale, volume plans are available with no surprise cutoffs.

Is my data private on both plans?

Yes, always. Published forms load zero third-party trackers on every plan with no ad pixels or data brokers. SignalForm does not sell user data or respondent data.
