The termique homepage
termique is a cross-platform SSH manager built on Tauri with end-to-end encrypted credentials, cloud sync, and a built-in AI assistant. It keeps your hosts, credentials and SSH keys in sync across every machine you work from, with encryption happening locally so the server only ever sees ciphertext.
The application includes terminal sessions with multi-tab support, SFTP file transfer, port forwarding, server monitoring, and SSH key management. An AI assistant understands which server you're on and can help with commands before they run. Your master password is never transmitted and credentials are encrypted locally with AES-GCM before leaving your device.
The free tier covers the core workflow for up to three hosts. Pro ($5/month) adds unlimited hosts, host sharing with five seats, command audit logs, and more AI prompts per day. The product runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux for desktop, with companion apps for iOS and Android.

What platforms does Termique run on?
termique runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux as a native desktop app built with Tauri. iOS and Android companion apps are also available for mobile access.
Is it cloud-first?
Yes. Hosts, groups, and snippets sync automatically to a cloud backend so your setup is available across devices. Credentials are end-to-end encrypted with your master password, and the server never sees plaintext.
How are credentials stored?
Credentials are encrypted with AES-GCM before they leave the app. The encryption key is derived from your master password via PBKDF2 locally and never leaves your device. Encrypted credentials are kept in a local database and synced only as ciphertext.
What happens to my data if Termique shuts down?
Your hosts, groups, and snippets are stored in a local SQLite database on your device. Export is available from Settings at any time. The master password and credentials are yours with no lock-in.
Can I bring my own AI endpoint?
Yes. There is a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint mode where you can point it at any provider. Your API key stays in the local key-value store and never appears in logs or error messages.
