BriefLasso is a web app for freelance web designers and small studios that collects website content from clients. Designers create a checklist from ready-made templates, send one private link to the client, and clients upload logos, copy, photos, and logins without needing an account. The tool automatically sends polite reminders on day 3, 7, and 14 until all items are complete, and designers can see project progress and what is blocking launch.
Clients can upload images, PDFs, design files, documents, archives, and fonts. Logins go into an encrypted secure-note field for security. Designers get a dashboard showing every project, its completion percentage, and which items are missing. The Studio plan allows white-labeling so the client page shows the designer's logo and brand colors.

No. Clients open a private, unguessable link, tick off items, upload files or type answers, and their progress saves automatically without needing to create an account.
How is BriefLasso different from Content Snare, Google Forms or Dubsado?
BriefLasso is narrower and cheaper: it only collects website content, with ready-made website templates and fixed reminders. Content Snare has more features, Google Forms is free, and Dubsado and HoneyBook handle contracts and invoices.
