Paste one line of code to embed your documents on any website, and automatically track every view across all embedding domains in real-time. The platform captures qualified leads by letting readers self-identify behind a content gate, each lead arriving with company information and source site details.
Key features include cross-site analytics showing which domains embed your content and how readers engage with each page, page-level heatmaps revealing where readers stop reading, and a live lead feed. Do embedding sites need a cookie banner?
No. The Emberhop widget is fully cookieless with no cookies and no persistent identifiers. EU authorities including CNIL explicitly permit this aggregate analytics approach under legitimate interest.
What happens when someone copies my embed code?
Every site that embeds your document appears in your domain list. Once your code is on dozens of sites, switching tools means contacting every webmaster to remove it, creating an infrastructure-level switching cost.
How is Emberhop different from DocSend?
DocSend gives you a private link for specific people. Emberhop gives you an embeddable widget for the open web. DocSend is for tracked proposals. Emberhop is for whitepapers and case studies you want distributed as widely as possible while still knowing exactly who reads them and where.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the EU on infrastructure operated by EU-based companies. Personal data is never transferred outside the EU. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included on all paid plans for GDPR compliance.
