GitNotifier stores only the minimum data needed: user mappings between GitHub and Slack, repository connections, and webhook configurations. It does not retain or log pull request content, comments, or message history.
How secure are the GitHub and Slack integrations?
All integrations use OAuth 2.0 with minimal permissions required. App tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit, webhook payloads are encrypted and signed, and the service follows GitHub's best practices including zero-trust architecture and regular security audits.
