How are credits counted?

1 credit is used for each email found via Domain Search or Email Finder. In Bulk Domain Search, 1 credit is used for up to 10 emails found. For Email Verifier, 0.5 credit is used per verified email. If an email cannot be found or verification fails, no credits are used. Repeated searches or verifications are counted only once per calendar month.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time in your dashboard. Once cancelled, you retain access to your premium plan until the end of your current subscription cycle.

Can I share my subscription with my team?

Yes, you can invite as many team members as you like at no extra cost. All team members share the same pool of credits included in your plan.

Do you offer any discounts for non-profit organizations?

Yes, Hunter® offers a 30% discount on monthly plans for registered non-profit organizations with 501(c) status in the US. To qualify, email documentation to contact@hunter.io for verification. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is subject to standard terms and conditions.

How many users can use the same plan?
