Nudgebox is a push notification service delivered as an API. Users subscribe by scanning a QR code with the Nudgebox app, without providing an account, email address, or phone number. Publishers send notifications with one HTTPS endpoint call.
The platform handles authentication, validation, fan-out to subscribers, delivery, and logging in the background. Notifications can target everyone subscribed to an application, specific channels within it, or individual users. The service supports multiple use cases including order and delivery updates, restocks and product drops, ready-for-pickup alerts, and status or incident notifications.
For developers, the API requires no SDK, device tokens, or push certificates. It provides idempotency guarantees, delivery checking via API or dashboard, and the ability to revoke recipient subscriptions. Subscribers maintain control, choosing which channels to receive and being able to pause or unfollow publishers at any time.
Pricing starts free with 1,000 notifications per month for up to 100 subscribers and 2 applications, with no card required. A Pro plan at $29 per month offers 250,000 notifications per month with unlimited subscribers.

Buyer questions
Do my subscribers need an account?
No. Subscribers install the Nudgebox app and scan the QR code. The app registers the phone with a random id without asking for name, email address, or phone number.
Which phones can I reach?
iPhone through the Nudgebox app for iOS. Notifications arrive as native pushes with the publisher's name and icon.
Do I need an SDK?
No. Sending is one HTTPS endpoint that takes JSON, so any HTTP client works.
How do people stop notifications?
From the app subscribers can pause or leave any publisher, change channels, or forget the device entirely. Publishers cannot re-add them.
Can I notify one specific person?
Yes. Create a subscribe link for one of your users with POST /v1/subscribe-links, show it as a QR code, then send with recipient set to your id for them. Links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes unless longer is requested.
