Yes. PaperTrack includes full page-by-page dwell time analytics and heatmap visualization on the free Small plan forever. You do not need to upgrade to see which pages or slides your viewers focus on.
How many team seats are included in each plan, and can I add more?
The Small and Medium plans include 1 seat. The Large plan includes 5 team member seats. Both Medium and Large plans allow you to add extra team seats seamlessly at just $9/month per seat.
What file formats are supported across PaperTrack?
All plans support PDF, PPT, DOC, DOCX, XLSX (Excel), CSV, PNG, and JPEG documents with native in-browser viewers. The Large tier adds support for native Video document viewing.
How does the Click-through NDA feature work?
On the Large plan, PaperTrack presents your customized Non-Disclosure Agreement before viewers can open your document or data room. Viewers must review and accept the agreement, generating a timestamped, exportable legal audit log.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with one click in your billing settings. Subscriptions are billed securely via Paddle.
