Pulse Analytics is a privacy-first web analytics platform built by Ciphera. It tracks pageviews, unique visitors, referrers, geographic data, and custom events without using cookies, fingerprinting, or collecting personal data.
The tracking script is under 3 KB gzipped and works with any web framework. Features include a real-time dashboard with visitor counts and trends, journey tracking showing how visitors navigate your site, performance monitoring with Lighthouse scores and Core Web Vitals, and funnels. The client code is open source, and data is hosted in Switzerland.
Every plan includes all features; pricing differs only on scale. The Personal tier is free forever with 5,000 pageviews per month. No consent banner is required since Pulse sets no cookies.

Is Pulse free?
The Personal plan is free forever for one site with 5,000 pageviews per month, requiring no credit card. Business plans start at €11/month and scale with pageview volume. Open-source projects and registered nonprofits can get the Business plan for €0 by application.
Do I need a cookie consent banner?
No, Pulse does not require a cookie consent banner because it does not use cookies, making it exempt from cookie consent requirements under GDPR.
What data does Pulse collect?
Pulse collects anonymous pageview data including page path, referrer, device type, browser, and country derived from IP at request time. No personal information is collected, and the IP itself is not stored.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can download your data as Excel, CSV, or JSON from Settings → Export, or pull it through the public read API. Both export options are included on every plan, including the free Personal tier.
