Overview

The Tilores homepage

Tilores is an entity resolution infrastructure platform that ingests customer data from any source, resolves duplicates in real time, and serves unified entity profiles via GraphQL. It connects to existing systems, matches records as they arrive, and maintains a single resolved view every team can read from, sitting as a layer in your stack without requiring a platform rebuild.

The platform supports multiple use cases including fraud detection and prevention, KYC and AML compliance, Customer 360, master data management, supply chain intelligence, and data quality governance. Records are matched in real time with sub-300ms ingestion and 150ms query response on AWS, with explicit and auditable matching rules that can be explained to regulators.

Tilores runs where your stack already runs: AWS by default as a fully managed service, or deployed into your own AWS account, another cloud, on-premise, or even locally on a laptop. The same entity resolution engine powers all deployment models, with identical features including GraphQL API, fuzzy matching, full data lineage, prebuilt connectors, and GDPR-compliant data processing.

Capabilities

  • Real-time record matching with sub-300ms ingestion
  • GraphQL and SQL API for entity queries
  • Fuzzy matching across names, addresses, IDs
  • Full data lineage and audit trail
  • Deterministic and ML-based matching
  • Prebuilt connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake
  • Deployment flexibility across AWS, any cloud, or on-premise
  • GDPR-compliant data processing
  • Webhooks and event streaming

Buyer questions

What is entity resolution and why does it matter?

Entity resolution is the process of linking duplicate, conflicting records scattered across your systems into one resolved record. It matters because fragmented customer data leads to poor decisions: duplicates inflate marketing spend and hide fraud rings, fragmented records break KYC and create compliance gaps, and AI systems produce outputs only as good as the entity data they retrieve from.

Can Tilores deploy in our existing environment?

Yes. Tilores is AWS-native by default but infrastructure-agnostic by design. It deploys into your own AWS account (data stays with you), other clouds (using your existing key-value store, queue, and object storage), on-premise (for air-gapped or sovereign environments), or even locally on a laptop. The same entity resolution engine runs on all platforms.

What makes Tilores different from building entity resolution in-house?

Tilores delivers production-ready entity resolution in days rather than years. It provides real-time resolution with sub-150ms latency on AWS, explainable matching rules, a complete GraphQL API, and prebuilt connectors — without requiring ML expertise or years of development.

How does Tilores ensure compliance and auditability?

Tilores provides matching rules that are explicit, tunable, and auditable—you can show exactly why two records were linked. It includes full data lineage and audit trails, GDPR-compliant data processing, and matching rules you can explain to regulators. On managed deployments, it is SOC 2 certified.

How is Tilores pricing structured?

Tilores pricing is based on Unified Customer Records (UCRs)—the number of real, resolved customers in your system, not raw records—and is shaped by four factors: data volume, deployment model (Managed Cloud, Your AWS Account, Another Cloud, or On-Premise), SLA and compliance requirements, and support level. Startup-friendly pricing is available.
