How do I connect my first WhatsApp number?
Sign up, verify your email, and activate a trial or subscription. In your dashboard, open Sessions and create a session. On your phone, open WhatsApp settings, choose Linked Devices, and scan the session's QR code. Wait for the Connected status before sending a test message.
Do messages sent through Wapio show Wapio branding?
No. Messages use the WhatsApp number connected to your session and Wapio does not add its name, badge, or promotional footer to your message content.
How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?
Each number uses one session. Starter includes 1, Pro includes 3, Growth includes 6, and Agency includes 10. You can manage the sessions from the same Wapio dashboard.
Can my app receive WhatsApp events through webhooks?
Yes. In your session settings, enter your application's webhook URL and select the events you need. Wapio sends signed HTTP requests for subscribed events, including incoming messages, message receipts, and session changes.
How can I pay for a Wapio subscription?
Paddle, the merchant of record, handles checkout and billing. You can pay by card or another payment method offered at checkout for your region. Paddle calculates applicable taxes and provides your billing documents.
