Every applicant moves through clear stages: New, Shortlisted, Interview, Offer, and Rejected. You can move candidates manually or let Sieve suggest categorization based on scores. Interview notes and internal comments stay attached to each candidate throughout.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Sieve does not train on your data or candidates' CVs. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can delete your data at any time from inside the app.
How long does it take to get results?
