teem provides SaaS teams with live chat, a feature request board, help center and changelog all in one widget. When customers ship a requested feature, teem emails everyone who voted for it. A person on your team answers every chat, and you can manage everything from the dashboard or use AI agents like ChatGPT or Claude through an MCP server to triage the inbox, draft replies and publish updates. The tool runs on your own domain with your branding and integrates with Slack and email for seamless team communication.

Can I bring data from Canny or Crisp?
Your changelog entries import through the API with their original dates. Board votes and chat history start fresh.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. The widget wears your logo and color, and your board, changelog and help center run on your own domain like help.yourapp.com. A small "runs on teem" link sits at the bottom of the widget.
Do voters or end users cost anything?
No. Voters, visitors and the customers who chat with you are free, at any count.
