No. Users can open the chat and send a message without creating a separate support account.
Can I use reception in more than one app?
Yes. Add each app to your organization and connect it with its own App ID. You can manage conversations from all apps in one inbox.
What happens when I'm offline?
Users can still leave messages. Reply when you are back. If push notifications are set up and the user has enabled them, they will be notified of your reply.
Can I make the chat match my app?
Yes. You can change the accent color, chat title, and welcome message, and choose where users open the chat.
Which devices and languages are supported?
The Reception SDK works on iOS 17 and later, in native iOS and React Native/Expo apps. The chat interface supports 48 languages.
