Stacks is an all-in-one business platform that replaces seven separate tools: a sales CRM for managing contacts and deals, email marketing for campaigns and sequences, review management for reputation, invoicing for estimates and payments, scheduling for bookings and availability, a support desk for tickets and help centers, and time tracking for tasks and billing. All modules share one unified contact record, so when a lead becomes a customer, their data updates automatically across every tool without re-typing. The core platform is completely free forever with unlimited users and contacts. Free accounts include 50 one-time AI credits for features like email drafting, lead scoring, review replies, invoice reading and financial analysis. AI Pro upgrades remove branding and enable continued AI use plus priority support.

Can I move my data from other tools?
Stacks supports contact CSV import with mapped column review before importing. Other records and tool-specific migration need separate scoping. Contact exports have documented coverage and limits.
What's included in AI Pro?
Everything in Free, plus no Stacks branding on invoices, booking pages, emails and embeds, continued AI use across supported features including drafting emails, scoring leads, replying to reviews, reading invoices, and answering questions about your numbers, priority support, and the ability to submit and vote on feature requests. Priced at $99 per month or $995 per year with unlimited users.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes. Really. The full platform, all seven tools, with unlimited users, is free forever. Customer-facing pages show a small “Powered by Stacks” mark. Free includes 50 one-time AI credits. Do you honestly not charge per user?
Correct. Add your whole team (3 people or 300) at no extra cost. Per-user pricing is the single biggest way tools like Pipedrive, Calendly and Intercom quietly run up your bill. We don't do it.
