Yes. Leads, contacts, companies, deals, your pipeline, tasks and your branded lead form cost nothing for as long as you use them. You only pay when you want a plan to do follow-up for you.
Will Puffly message my customers without asking me?
Not unless you choose to. Outreach waits for your approval by default, and switching that off takes a deliberate recorded choice. Customer-facing messages only go out on plans that include them and only after you switch them on.
Can I bring the leads I already have?
Yes. You can import a Google Sheet and keep it in sync, add leads by hand, or share your own lead form so new inquiries land in your pipeline on their own.
What is Puffly OS?
Puffly OS is a custom team of AI helpers that runs more of the back office: email, invoices, posts, lead research and reports. It asks before anything risky.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, you can cancel any time from your billing settings.
